Hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season. Quite a year 2020 was, huh?
Since launching MachoMike.TV in August it’s been full speed ahead here at the Macho Dojo.
The social media accounts as of the end of 2020 are as follows:
Instagram has 34 followers
Facebook total page likes 149
Twitter followers are over 400
YouTube subscribers are at 500
Not bad for only being in business 4 months. 😎
For 2021 I’ve got plenty of plans and ideas. I don’t like to announce anything before it’s a done deal but you Underdogs can expect more of the same type of content that I released in 2020 but better.
What do you Underdogs want to see from MachoMike.TV? More social media content? Crossovers with other content creators? Videos with Storylines? Give me some feedback!
You might have noticed all of the music videos and commercials I had posted on my YouTube channel are now gone. That’s because with channel growth comes more recognition and I received my first ever YT copyright strike for posting a commercial. I didn’t monetize the commercial and thought that my uploading it would just be another form of free advertising for the company (who shall remain nameless). The reason why I posted this commercial is because I could actually be seen in the background during some of the scenes! I had no idea a commercial was being filmed when I was there, so I was quite surprised to see myself on TV months later when it aired. 4 months after I posted it I got hit with the strike. I contacted the company to dispute the strike and they were very cool and retracted it a few days later. Still, it's in my best interest not to have a bunch of other videos posted that I don’t have the all the legal rights to. I don’t want to suddenly find my YT deleted because I received several copyright strikes at once – which can, does and has happened to other content creators. I'm still proud of these deleted videos and may reupload them in the future but for now, that’s why they’re gone.
I did salvage an old dance compilation video that I made of some of my favorite YouTubers from back in the day. The music is YT approved so here it is for dancing into 2021 and beyond...
